We are proud to announce that we have been awarded ISO 27001 certification for our Information Security Management System (ISMS) at Crowdfox. This achievement underlines our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of security, integrity and availability of our IT systems and the customer data and information entrusted to us. In this way, we maintain data security and confidentiality and facilitate compliance for our customers.
ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for information security, the requirements of which place high demands on Crowdfox’s ISMS. The standard establishes clear guidelines for the planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of information security, which have been integrated and implemented in Crowdfox’s ISMS. The scope of Crowdfox’s ISMS covers the development, operation and distribution of IT products and services.
The certification was issued following a comprehensive audit process by the German Association for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) and supports the provision of trustworthy and secure solutions for our customers and partners. This makes Crowdfox one of the 2,047* certified companies in the D/A/CH region.
Torsten Zeutzheim, Chief Technology Officer at Crowdfox, emphasizes the importance of this achievement: “Our latest ISO 27001 certification is an important step in our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of information security. At the same time, with the upcoming EU AI Act in mind, we are preparing to continue to lead the way in secure, transparent and ethical AI solutions. The certification underlines our ability to not only meet today’s requirements, but also to proactively address future developments.”
CEO Dirk Schäfer adds: “We are proud to have reached this important milestone as a team and will continue to invest in the latest security technologies and practices to provide our customers and partners with a trusted environment for their business needs with Crowdfox.”
